The facilities at the hotel are extensive and truly make you feel
Like you are in a wellness retreat. With spa pools and friendly staff, my overall impression was very positive. I did find the breakfast items to be lukewarm, which was a letdown. Everything else was quite pleasurable.

Beautiful Budapest views 🌆✨
Lekker views of the Danube from my room, and the spa area is pure bliss! Man, those thermal pools did wonders after all the walking. Plus, the staff were a real jol, super friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. Really felt at home here!
Didn’t get to try the brekkie thanks to timing issues, so can’t comment on that. But the lifts were a bit slow, which was a hassle at times.

The premium room offered a breathtaking view of the river, perfectly complemented by the spacious and clean accommodations. Breakfast was impressive, showcasing an array of delicious options, but the dining experience fell short due to slow service and a lackluster meal quality that disappointed our group. Despite these flaws, the staff were accessible and provided assistance with early check-in, which was a welcome convenience.

Couple looking for a relaxing retreat
The breakfast was excellent, so many options, I even spotted lactose-free choices which made my day. And don’t get me started on the spa, the thermal baths were divine, especially after a long day of wandering around.
It wasn’t cheap, but for what you get, it’s still acceptable.

The breakfast vibe can be chaotic, especially during peak hours, making it tough to find a decent spot to sit, and the menu lacks substantial vegetarian options. On top of that, the air conditioning leaves much to be desired—often erratic and unable to keep the room cool during the hot spells. The pool area tends to be packed with families, which makes getting a quiet moment quite challenging. Don't expect a stunning view from some rooms—they're a touch on the dated side, lacking the modern flair you find elsewhere.
